The single family home consists of two story construction, with retained fill and patio space at the back side of the home, as well as two exterior balconies at the front elevation of the home, one at each side of the main entry – with a floating staircase as a front entry highlight.
Nelson Engineering provided the Structural & Civil Design for the project, as well as Surveying.
