Nelson Engineering is currently leading a team of four different consulting firms completing the preparation of plans and specifications for a critical link in the public pathway network within the City of Casper, Wyoming. The project includes, among other things, an underpass underneath Wyoming Boulevard and a 93-foot long bridge across Garden Creek, and, when complete, will connect two existing pathway segments that currently terminate at the intersections of Wyoming Boulevard and West 13th Street on the west and King Boulevard and West 13th Street on the east. In so doing, it will link Fort Caspar Museum, Patterson-Zonta Park, and the south bank of the North Platte River. The team has provided the full gamut of environmental clearance, surveying, and geotechnical investigation efforts required for the project and will also provide project construction contract administration services.
