- First job: Haying on my great grandmother’s ranch south of Jackson.
What does your role involve, and what do you enjoy most about it?
I am a senior project manager, and I manage a variety of civil projects, several of which have been sizeable. I enjoy motivating team members to strive for excellence, providing quality deliverables at each stage of each project, and enjoying a sense of accomplishment at the project’s end.
What is your favorite part of working with this team?
The camaraderie, and willingness of most employees in all disciplines to lend their knowledge and time, when necessary.
What do you like to do when you are not at the office?
I like to spend time with my family, which is extensive, locally, and enjoy the outdoors when possible.
What has kept you at Nelson Engineering all these years?
Opportunities for my skill set abound in the region. I also enjoy the company of my co-workers, am a native of Teton County, and believe Nelson Engineering provides the best all around services in its various disciplines.
